Property XP was started by Kim O’Connell after working in the Property Management sector for over a decade, with some of the industry leaders. Kim started Property XP with an idea to bring an an alternative style of property management and maintenance in to the industry.

When Sunny Singh came on board, the company moved in a new direction, away from property management and now with a focus just on maintenance, Property XP have built a team of qualified property experts who can assist you with your property. We cover a wide range of services from building, renovation, plumbing, electrical, water blasting, fence and deck building, exterior and interior painting as well as, small to large scale maintenance and project management – just to name a few.
